Terms and Conditions

Registration Policy:

A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure a retreat spot.  Attendees must be at least 18 years of age. 

Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy:

A full refund minus the $50 deposit will be issued if cancellation notice is received at least 60 days prior to the start of the event.  After that time, no refunds or credits will be issued. 

For events where a second payment is required prior to 60 days before the event, that amount is also non-refundable. 

Payment Policies:

Payment in full is required 60 days prior to your scheduled event.  If payment is not received by the date due, your space will no longer be guaranteed and all money paid will be forfeited.  Communication is key.  Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis and the $10.00 late fee will be added to your balance due.
